  I came to Tyson Training because I decided I needed some one-on-one training because I wasn’t getting too far in my weight Loss on my own. Joe and Trina definiately give you a good workout and they answer any questions you have about nutrition and the exercise you’re doing. I lost 60lbs in a matter of months. No one client is more important than another to them! They know what they’re doing and they put 110% into you if you’re willing to commit.
